2. Increase test with genius diet/exercise/herbs
3. Minimum 80k vpps a month
4. Climb mountains
5. Walk minimum 45 min a day
6. Read more
7. Stop playing video games
8. Stop aimlessly browsing web
9. Get a real doll or two

I am actually doing this as well but rather than call it resolutions its "Shit to DO 2017". I wrote it all down on this random giant poster board I had in massive red letters. Do you have any strategies for keeping them?

In 2017, I'm starting something called "student teaching," which means I'll spend two semesters in a high school classroom co-teaching. The first semester is limited amounts of me teaching while I observe my mentor teacher in action, and the second semester is me teaching a lot more alongside my mentor teacher.

Essentially, if I do a good enough job at student teaching, I'll pass the class and earn a teaching credential, which will allow me to teach English in a high school.

So, my goal for 2017 is to earn my teaching credential and finally get out of university, and begin teaching English as soon as possible.

Start mental therapy, adhere too physical therapy regime, meditate everyday.

Hopefully you mean less refined carbs, replaced by whole foods carbohydrates. Otherwise you're basically setting yourself up to for failure, trying to exercise more with less energy.

Less refined carbs yes. Im basicly a junkie with those type of foods. So the challenge is enormous
