I watched the twitch GSL stream. It was awesome with zero lag, I posted yesterday
Weird since Twitch and Afreeca are competitors, but everywhere even in the Afreeca and Youtube streams were shit

Anyone else feel way more sad when Jaedong loses than anyone else? Dude has that ferocious face and just wears his emotions on his sleeve in general.

Also it could just be a difference in skill level but tvz seems really hard for Z, if they don't do something to knock terran off of their timing attack to kill the 3rd base it looks unstoppable from all of the games I've seen thus far.

Would also add in on another note the game seems even more refined that before, the first person to really make a mistake is losing like every single game. I haven't seen much in the way of comebacks this ASL

I might like to see some maps in the rotation next league that give zerg an easier 3rd base. This also gives T an easier 3rd base so it might make lategame balance an issue rather than the 3rd base timing attack.

viewers on Jaedong vs Flash were reported to be around 200-300k, rivalling LoL which is insanely popular in Korea. ASL3 obv announced after that which starts Feb-March. Some issues that got Flash really sad about trolls saying Terran is imba lol

What could Jaedong have realistically done in game 5, when he was in flashes base and flash didn't have turrets, should he have ignored flashes mnm rush and stayed at his main killing doodz with muta? Jaedong sac his 3rd base to kill flashes main ?

also bring back bo7 for fuck's sake. Ro4 should be bo7 games, 5 just doesn't feel enough esp when you get 3-0 which is highly likely in lopsided match ups

SC2 is slowly dying in Korea and only in Europe and the West is keeping it alive, maybe Blizzard makes SC3 still for the cashgrab but it was obvious to me BW was never going away from the moment I played SC2. All it needs is new players and money to motivate them.

In terms of longevity BW and WC3 will outlast SC2 by a lot. I really hope they announce WC4 this or next year. So much they can improve on it.

Sad thing in ZvT is if zerg makes the tiniest mistake in the early game it's gg for him. I didn't expected Jaedong to win 2 maps vs Flash, epic games, let's hope ASL3 final will be these two players again.

Yep, i remember some old school heroes going random and in tournaments picking T if opponent was Z, Z vs P and P vs T

that was a pretty fun finals, sometimes TvT can be boring but the 2 longs games were great and very tense and the other 2 games were quick so all good

Not a good sign. Wtf Jaedong get back on the saddle right away, ASL3 is on February and prob having 2 more after that this year.

First two games were awesome, third game was fine and the fourth game Sea played awful
