ecopayz is skrill with better fees but doesn't connect to PS

bitcoin is your best bet imo, there is a lot of bitcoin credit cards but you probably won't like the fees, probably best to go PS -> bitcoin -> pesos and just use a local bank for your card

yea same is happening in my country (Europe) ... but skrill will continue working normally it's just I wont be able to use Skrill prepaid mastercard (same on Neteller)

I see pokerstars and partypoker accept entropay... never heard of them... anyone have any experience with them , I just have a feel that same thing might happen to other ewallets

the thing is that with the skrill/neteller card you can withdraw from ATMs withtout a real trace of money movement, which is the whole point

2 options for that purpose:

1) find a way to change skrill or PS to -> ecopayz and use their ATM card instead

2) trade skrill / PS for bitcoin (there is a some skype groups full of reputable poker players who trade these regularly) -> find a local source you can trade bitcoin for cash (depending on your local market this will usually cost you 0-3% in fees, in some rare markets, people will pay you a premium to buy your bitcoin) ** those are probably about the same as the fees you pay when cashing out USD Skrill -> MXN

#2 is a bit of hassle to get familiar with and setup but once you have it's much better than skrill or ecopayz imo

I've never dealt with bitcoin, what do you mean with "local source" to trade bitcoin for cash?

bitcoin while still small compared to main stream currency and payment options is available in pretty much every major city in the world

but it's unlikely to be advertised on TV or in ur newspaper so you gotta do a bit of digging to find a source (a company, exchange, or individual) who can help you meet your bitcoin needs

in this case i assumed you need to find someone who can give you mexican pesos for bitcoin at a reasonable rate in a safe and convenient way

I'd look for any major exchanges in your area and see if you're comfortable with the way they do business (sometimes they need to cashout to ur bank account or take personal details and might be forced to disclose them at some point), if not I'd look to localbitcoins.com to find someone who is doing high volume regularly and get into contact with them about your needs
