That was really cool
and yeah it's interesting to see how dominated we are by sleep.
I wonder if there was something about the poll this was based on that made people's sleep times a little more weighted to night time

Yeah that seems off. I guess children/elderly add a lot to the late-night sleep numbers. Still find it hard to believe 95%+ of the population is sleeping at the same time during any given point in the day.

96% of people sleeping at 3am seems borderline impossible.
Truckers, Police/Fire, Hospital, Warehouse workers (esp. big ones like UPS and Amazon) has to make up more than 4% of the population.
