Is shit-head pokerstars the best place to give'r a go at PLO? Or somewhere else? I'd rather give zero rake to that shit site, even if it takes a bite out of my profits.

If you play small stakes I'd go with microgaming, they have taken action to lowering rake and stuff that will make insane differences for micro and small stakes.
