Arguably everything you do habitually rewires your brain. Didn't leatherass write an article about poker rewiring his brain and if he had another chance, he'd rather have never played poker despite winning a couple million?

i didn't watch this video but i've watched similar pieces of content (i think), let me see if i can give you the need to know TLDR:

- we evolved to find mates and reproduce
- a lot of our motivation and energy is to this end
- porn completely fucks with this system because we can see 100s of hot mates per porn session tricking our minds into thinking we are king shit
- overtime this artificial reward from frequent porn sessions rewires the reward system in our brain
- some negative effects are erectile dysfunction and decreased motivation

- treatment involves limiting/removing porn from your life for some period of time (~6 months) before reintroducing it in a more healthy manner??
- there are online communities called something like "nofap" where guys take on various anti porn challenges, like not watching porn or fapping for X amount of time - participants usually report a lot of positive effects; increased energy/motivation, better sexual performance

Didn't watch the video. But yeah everything effects everyone differently. Some people can watch porn and not be effected as much. For myself, porn destroys me, and I am not even talking about watching it a ton, just regularly.

When I don't watch any porn at all for months I feel a big positive difference in more ways than sexually. I do think that some people are not as negatively as effected, but for me it really hurts me.
