New skrill mastercard coming in September, finally contact-less payments.
Design changes, but that's minor. They also said something about improved security but not no details given yet.
Cards will be exchange automatically (at least for vips, no clue so far for regular users), so make sure to have an valid address at Skrill.

Everyone can have the card, 10eu annual fee
The card has pretty solid taxes for ATM withdraws for non Eurozone countries, dont know what currency rates are they using, but the only worse exchange you can get is at a bulgarian airport change buro.
