Bellator won't be able to show all of those prelim fights in 1.5 hours, even though they usually go very fast. Since there's a lot of finishes in Bellator prelims, I assume they'll show 6+ prelim fights in 1.5 hours. Also, there's usually "dark matches" for the leftover Bellator fights, which happen after the main event is over and don't get televised.
We'll probably see 6+ prelim fights > 5-fight main card > 3-fight kickboxing main card.
Not sure if the 3-fight kickboxing card is on Spike.com or Spike TV. Hopefully it's Spike.com.

@ 00:49 of the video, Rampage makes it seem like he'll take it nice and slow against Ishii. As long as Ishii doesn't get careless and rush in with his head in the air, the Over might end up hitting.

Mitrione got dropped by the Samoan, but Big John McCarthy didn't stop the fight like he should have. Mitrione ended up coming back to win the fight.
Mitrione is expected to fight Oli Thompson in England next month. I'd take the plus odds on Oli in that fight.
----------
Michael Chandler with the 1-punch KO in Round 1.
A bunch of people lost a lot of money on the Over.

That fight was disgusting.
The next 3 fights are the "main" kickboxing fights. Should be entertaining.
Edit: The judges clearly didn't want Rampage to lose. 30-27 for Rampage is a joke.

Schilling vs. Kato should be good.
Hopefully Schilling gets his revenge and knocks this fucker out.
----------
Round 1: Schilling... ...but Kato has a good chin and was landing several shots.
Round 2: Schilling dominated the round hard, but at the very last second, Kato threw a spinning back-fist and knocked Schilling out... WOW!!!

Haha what the shit. Rampage getting that decision is pretty wild. And I'm someone who's always in favor of never giving credit for a fighter who just goes in there to clinch into mostly lay n pray. Thought that's pretty much what I saw when I watched most of the first two rounds before just turning it off because it was a god awful fight. Don't care to look at the punch stats but Rampage musta landed maybe 6 strikes in the first two rounds combined.
On the other hand, the one random thing I read about his opponent before the fight was an interview where an excerpt was "I am doing this because I want to be a famous fighter." That was definitely not the way to approach it there guy. Even if you probably deserved the decision (real decision shoulda been 'fight sucked too much, you guys both lose') for a non-fight.

Why is Kato a fucker?
Anyone got gif of the finishing sequence? I flipped the tv on just in time for the Rampage fight then felt like the right thing to do was to turn the channel before the 3rd round even started. Forgot about the kickboxing

Just saw the Mitrione fight courtesy of the post above. Great shot by the Samoan and Mitrione was still a bit dazed even after a brief lull on the ground. But don't really think it was a bad non-stoppage by Big John. Mitrione was able to instinctively cover up with his hands to deflect a little of the follow up shots and the follow up GNP wasn't quite so vicious. I feel like fighters should actually train a little bit so as to try to recognize when a body shot on the ground follow up is actually the more effective attack in maybe a few rare situations. Mitrione immediately put his hands up w/o looking leaving his wide body up and open. Open shot to the ribs and it's either over right there or Mitrione can't breathe for a cpl seconds and then his head is wide open again. Hindsight though. And I guess you might give up a favorable position trying to hit the body while jumping in/down

Same here, thanks for video Puerto
But i agree with iamkim, i think it was a great "non stoppage". I think Mitrione was still "intelligently defending himself".
There was maybe a 2-3 seconds he was blocking shots and then he started defending well. I think its fine.
james9994: make note dont play against floofy, ;(

The reason i cannot watch WWE and i love mma is its REAL, its not a show, its a real fights. I believe fighters should be allowed to fight with whatever style they want, and if that style happens to be boring, he should still be allowed to have fair judging.
Of course, if a fighter is really boring all the time, he can expect to get paid less than the super entertaining ones. This is why Conor got paid more than Aldo ever did.
Imo, the reason the first 2 rounds were boring is not because of Ishii, its actually because of Jackson. His inability to do anything is what made it boring.
And i'm getting sick of judges who have no idea about MMA. Making this fight a 30-27 for Jackson just shows judge have no fucking idea what they are watching.
I really wish the UFC/Bellator could have their own judges.
Round 2 wasn't as clear cut as round 1, but i think it still clearly goes to Ishii.
