Wonderboy KO's Lawler IMO.

The Hendricks fight didn't sell me completely because Hendricks was such a retard, but Rory pretty much tried everything, stayed composed, just couldn't get inside.

I hope he stays in the UFC.

good cardio and fought smart (probably more kicks would have been even better) but I think Wonderboy will be the next champ and will have a looooong reign.


BTW one judge scored it 48-47 what in the fuck?

First two rounds were kinda tricky to judge without the stats, which could explain the 48-47. But overall I think Wonderboy can easily makes you look stupid. He is a tricky dude.

Wonderboy is phenomenal. Best striker ever in MMA, imo. Really impressed how he shut down Rory in every aspect of the game.

Lawler with nothing more than a punching chance against him. I hope we get a good U 1.5 line.

thompson's in for a war so im really so much more excited now in the WW. Lawler has the champion's gene and really, really goes after guys with his granite chin just to get to them. so close if they fight but I think Lawler CAN get him, not saying he will. also lawlers fight IQ is sooooo underated, the guy knows how to hit you even if you play the length game

I think Wonderboy will KO lawler... Lawler is good at rolling and slipping punches but is not good at managing distance, he simply walks into close range slipping and eating punches so he will be mauled by Wonderboy.

However there was a big flaw in Thompson in this fight, when Rory started walking him in the fifth with his left arm out Thompson didnt know what to do and actually got him to brawl a bit, that would be suicide vs Lawler and its exactly the kind of shit Lawler would try and much earlier than Rory did.

He should have just leg kicked Rory full force when he did that and get out of the way.

Lawler vs Wonderboy would be a beast. Rory just had so much in his head trying to figure shit out it just looked like he was just as confused as Hendricks was. Lawler will not make that mistake and will just keep coming and coming until he can force a brawl, but unlike Rory has a spirit like no other in the UFC. That being said personally I think Wonderboy WILL be the next champ too, I just can't count Lawler out still.

Lawlers legacy is built on being kicked and punched to no end.. Wonderboy has more venom in his shots than Condit so Lawler better have a rock for a head in their fight.
