Brutal hand indeed, but he seems to react similar even if he loses a flip in a small tournament from what I've seen on twitch. In the history of his life he's run pretty fucking good, doesn't make sense to me to react that way all the time and proclaiming to always run like shit

why do you stream in spanish baal, isn't twitch's purposes is to get as much viewing as possible ? Targeting the spanish market ?

Shit I dont even know what I'd do if I still played online. A big part of me playing live was just to avoid tilt since I cant go too crazy at the tables. I used to break monitors and shit.

don't think there was monitors thrown out of windows but this is better imo:

during his battle for first supernova elite back in 06' we were roomates along with rekrul and giyom

he would regularly play 16+ hours a day on as many tables as he could at as high as stakes as he could, alarm clocks were redundant because everyday everyone in the house woke up to elky screaming and smashing his fist against the table

usually if a roomate would do such a thing, you would be angry and have a talk with him and probably ban him but in the case of Elky his rage while playing was kind of endearing and i usually woke up with a smile on my face

during this time elky received a gift from a friend who took a trip to China of a small statue of a wooden buddha, elky was very happy to receive this offering and kept it with him even while he played, kind of like his "mouse" that he has now

he would hold it with both hands and point it at the screen during all ins chanting "ONE TIME FOR THE BUDDHA"

at first it seemed it was working he went on a mini up swing for a couple days but then things took a bad turn and he went on a >100k cooler

the noises rekrul and I woke up to became more and more violent by the day

and then one day elky decided the buddha statue was to blame and needed to be punished for this downswing, he turned the gas stove in our house on for the first time ever and used it to set the buddha statue on fire, this time chanting a different tune than before "THIS IS WHAT YOU GET"

the wooden statue wasn't very flammable so it just burned slowly and got smoke all over the house, the burning of the statue went on for a few days before a religious friend rescued the statue and removed it from the house

so as you can see by the casual outbreaks in elky's more recent video's, he's come a long way and by deserves credit for his now impressive tilt control
