Depends if I think my opponent is balanced or not. If I see him raising a full range of hands then I prefer to 3bet at 100 or 200BB. If he's highly polarized, like randomly raising J2s and then QQ then I opt to just call. |

I think the problem with the first situation is with 200bb your opponent would have a lot of incentive to just call with AT+ vs the 3 bet and you would not accomplish much by raising. |
