Basic training is hell.

Rofl I went to basic as an excuse for dropping out of college and saving some face in front of my dad. Was going to be a nuclear technician for the navy on a sub or aircraft carrier. Got a 99 asvap score hungover as fuck and knowing nothing about the mechanical sections (which ofc the RDCs held against me and constantly berated me for doing any single thing wrong. was pretty out of it when i got there had been drinking 24 days straight).

Place was Shit RDCs are sadistic as fuck cause they get sent there as punishment and they "IT"d me individually 4-5 times a day because it didn't phase me and they would get pissed off.

so I got osmosed out of that first class into a new class that ended up graduating hall of fame (my 3 50/50 test scores and running times helped their asses)

And my RDC senior chief in that class who was the single legit person I met in the military took me aside and spoke to me as a human and got real and told me this probably wasn't for me and to get out if I want. Anything before 180 days is an ESL (entry level seperation) so despite all the crap they threaten you with about dishonorable discharges blah blah blah none of it is true. Whether you say the N word, got in a fight, fail a drug test, get sick; it is all the same. You haven't been in long enough for them to make a judgement on your character. ESL is nothing it is like you were never there. They obviously cant have recruits knowing that though.

I sandbagged the psych tests after getting osmod from my 2nd division (completely over it at this point because they were treating my bronchitis with sudafed - makes it worse - sending me to these dumb hospital corpsman instead of a real doctor.) just saw how shitheaded most of these people are. 95% go because they fucked up elsewhere and this is there only out. the other 5% are psychotic and really just want to kill someone.

I spent a couple months in ship 17 and got my ass the fuck out of there. Flying out of that chicago airport was the best day off my life. Took the money I made as an E3 that whole time i was there and run up solid bankrolls on ultimate bet and full tilt poker

I remember you from when i played and we both were shit at this game during our whole play time .

We were better than the average player since we made money instead of losing it.
We had our casual upswings were we made decent money 2-3K month and thought we are good.

The books cost you about 60 dollars and teach you how to improve and build your strategy so that you make more money with every decision. Perhaps I didn't explain myself correctly but I am the last person who would say there's a magic pill. I just think it's not so complicated to get better at this game
