it takes into account what other players have folded

maybe because it calculated heditidra first without removing AsKs but then only removed AcKc when calculating the button

hand calculator is a quick and dirty monte carlo sim and runs a not very large nr of trials so there is expected to be some error margin

Yes, thats correct - hand calculators online on some sites actually run the simulations every time they have to calculate odds of the outcome, though the number is not insanely high (around 100k simulations probaly), and this difference shows the variance, though it's a super rare case to have such a high difference on that kind of sample anyway.
