Looking for format for hand converter

Hello,

I would like to occasionally post hands in the hand list on the right. However, the site I play on doesn't transfer the converter properly. I was wondering if someone could post a sample hand history here so I could get the format they use to get the converter to work. I can then manually adjust the history.
