I've found the most important productivity tip, of all, is making a list of 1-3 things I need to do next day before I go to bed and get them done the next day.

I gave my roommate 200 dollars 7 days ago and said he could keep 20 everyday I skip yoga. 7 day streak so far ?. I'd prefer a competitive prop bet but if you can't get action freerolling someone works too.

Immediately do anything that will take 5 minutes or less (unless you're working on something important and time-sensitive or you're in the zone).

Whenever you stop working on a project, make sure you know the next step that needs to be done. It should be something concrete, simple, and not a task you hate doing. Writing it down helps too. The biggest productivity killer is not starting in the first place so make it easy on yourself to get started again.

Meticulously planning out a schedule for your time can result in awesome productivity if you're willing and capable of sticking to it. I can't even sleep on a consistent schedule so this one is a pipe dream for me.

We use Asana amongst other systems at work, and it's pretty decent to track tasks within teams.

From my experience it's not usually me being lazy that I'm not productive with certain projects or tasks. It's that other things have to be prioritised and come in last minute.

The substance in adderall is banned in Mexico, I can get Ritalin but apparently its Adderall is way better overall.

I tried to look for online pharmacies that sell it but they dont ship to Mexico I assume because of its legality :<
