i recently measured all my 1RMs also, so my actual totals (in pounds) are:

squat: 405
deadlift: 405
bench: 195 (lol)

pretty proud of myself for actually breaking the 1k mark. this time last year, my totals were around:

squat: 205
deadlift: 275
bench: 115 (double lol)

next stop: have a non-terrible bench, maintain squat, get deadlift to 495 by summer

if poker is dangerous to them i would rank sports betting as a Kodiak grizzly bear who smells blood after you just threw a javelin into his cub - RaiNKhAN

Why are young Americans still using that archaic measurement system?

Seriously awesome job. Your bench is poverty level. Your squat is very, very good. Your #s are weird because usually people deadlift much more than they squat.

But yeah, very nice. Keep it up!

thanks brahs. my bench has always struggled but i never trained my bench as much as my DL/squat.

my deadlift has been 405 for a long time because i wanted to save my back for squats. i did my first (somewhat serious) DL session last night for the first time in 3 months and my normally heavier sets felt easier this time around.

also, to celebrate hitting my first benchmark, i decided to do something nice:

happy holidays, everyone.

Hmm, are you on a program or anything? I'm guessing you pull conventional if your back is fried.
