Steve Harvey was holding the name card with his right hand, and his thumb was over the bottom right, which showed the actual winner. He read the two names/countries on the top left, which were USA and Colombia, and didn't see the actual winner on the bottom right.
You can see a close-up on the name card at 4:58 and 5:09 of the video. You may need to pause/unpause it twice at these times to get a clear view of the name card.
