When should i limp with pocket pairs for set mining? And how much should I call if someone raises? Presumably the looser /worse the player is and the more he is calling after the flop, more often i should call?
What are the conditions for not limping with small pocket pairs for set mining? I get it that more aggressive players are behind me less I should limp, but can someone whos a solid winner at 2NL tell me his specific conditions?!
Thanks |

Open raise all pairs from any position basically; and the oldschool rule of thumb is 10:1 (call up to 1/10th of remaining effective stacks) |

People with your 'profile' (By profile I mean, just joined. Make a few new threads with posts that look like they were copy/pasted) generally have an agenda. That agenda is trying to advertise some shit.
In the past, these people usually write ~5-10 posts, advertise some site/whatever, then disappear.
I may be wrong, but if I were to judge from past experience, I'd say you're full of shit.
Prove me wrong. Stick around for a couple months and be a member of the forum without pushing some other agenda. And then I'll apologize for thinking you were a fraud. |

Not advertising anything.
If you have anything cleaver to say to help my game fine, otherwise i will kindly ask you not to post at all. Also, calling me a troll without any good justification isn't nice, and if i ware to judge from past experience, I would say you're an asshole who hasn't got anything cleaver to say. |

Also, as long as we're on the subject, when i'm crushing at 100NL, i'll write a book and recommend it to you, ok? But since i'm playing at 2NL right now, you have nothing to worry about for at least a few years. |

It seems to be not very profitable in the long run to play those kind of hands. - Gus Hansen | |

Oh sorry, is it forbidden to post the same question on more then one forum? Traffic on some forums is low and slow, and I want to get as much feedback as possible. So until I recommend any book (or whatever bugs you so much), YOU CAN FUCK OFF! |
