Alright so I've been struggling for video ideas today. And was thinking I should just do a Q&A with any questions you guys might have. What im going to do is collect some questions here. If you have questions about exercises, programming, or any sort of workout related question. I'll be answering it in a video. And what I'll do is try and blast through as many as I can while still giving a (hopefully) good answer. And then if anyone has any further questions about something. Or thinks I need to go more indepth into something. Hopefully having a big range of topics and some answers will lead to more questions. Thus giving me more topics . Hell. Even if you dont have a question. But just want another opinion on something let me know. I'll try and give something like a minute to each question/comment. And make it around a 10 min video. Lets see how this works out.

Oh and if for any reason someone wants to ask a question anonymously. Thats fine too just PM me. I'll include it in the video but without your ID.

Didn't see anything mentioning the glute med's (this was more for the glute maximus) but I only skimmed the article and didn't fully read it. With that said, the info in the article seems really REALLY good, I've talked to the athletic trainer at our gym at length about this and this article seems to line up very well with his beliefs.

I'm specifically mentioning the glute med's because of how important they are in preventing knee injuries, of which I've had numerous. clamshell's (which the article mentions) target's them but does so without planting your feet, making it inefficient for training the muscle to activate on cuts and side to side movement.

have you tried walking in different directions with resistance band wrapped around your knees (or ankles)?

Since injuries are the biggest obstacle what measures have you taken to prevent them and how likely they are given your training regime? How many and which complementary exercises to the 3 powerlifters are tested on do you do and what are they (e.g. different shoulder & elbow roation exercises). How do you get organised before a deadlift? Do you agree with and practice what Kelly Starrett preaches on getting tight in your abs before setup, etc. What is your diet like?

what has going from a scrawny nerd to a gym rat done for your life?

Dogmeat not sure ur serious about lean comment but if I look it that's awesome. I'm like 18% bf right now. Tips to people trying to get lean though. Make it as sustainable as possible. Losing a pound a week is rly rly good. And much easier to sustain than 1.5+. And also much easier to adjust further down the line. Cutting away too many calories too soon is gonna leave you with no room to go from there if u do plateau.
