Hey, I appreciate your detail in the blogs. Thanks

I have learned from poker that being at the table is not a grind, the grind is living and poker is how I pass the time

Working on ego is probably the hardest thing ever.
You could start by removing expectations and not insult yourself, both are bad habbits, both I still can't fully get rid of as well, but at least controlling them to some extent is viable. Everyone makes math mistakes, just find the opportunity in that itself and work in the room given for improvement

Good luck

why do you want to 3bet bvb 100% with A9s A8s AT 77-88 and KJs?
also why would you ever 3bet 22-66 and several other hands in the 25% part of your range ?
don't you take in account villain's 4bet range? If you do how do you combine rng with it?
nobody else thinks this is weird?

This is just version 1. I only thought about linear hand strength and board coverage while constructing it. Planning on making some changes once I get feedback from enough people. Thanks for input and maybe you could talk about your 3bet range in this spot and elaborate a bit on why you prefer it over this one.

I'm not an expert on this at all, just trying to figure things out. I find it counter intuitive to chose to 3bet some of the hands you listed, maybe because board coverage (eg having all sets in a 3bet pot) doesn't seem important enough to choose over positional advantage and keeping the pot in check when needed

Good advice. Both are things I struggle with

I'm assuming rng is random number generator. Seems like a great idea..
I'm out of the loop / not up to date / not rio member. Did you come up with it yourself or was there a particular player / rio video you got the idea from?

It does. I got the idea from watching some RIO pros implement mixed strategies preflop using a RNG (teunuss specifically). I came up with the range myself and it definitely needs some fine tuning. I just got poker snowie today so after I work with that a bit I will probably make some changes

I do think that 77, 88, A9s are just too weak to value 3bet with 100% frequency. You've said board coverage is your goal, but I don't think you've succeeded in that goal at all - your 100% 3bets are all high cards/high pairs and then even the hands you're 3betting at some frequency contain a lot of high cards (Weak Ax, KJ, KT, QJ, QT a lot of which feature even the offsuit variants so even at 25% frequency you get a lot of combos). You have some suited connectors and middle cards, but they're only 25% frequency of suited hands which is 1 combo of each middle card hand. I think those KJ, QJ etc type hands should be flat 100% and you should have more things like T7s 96s 85s and similar hands mixed in there, possibly with higher than 25% frequency as they're suited and thus less common to begin with

Of course, there are no preflop solutions available yet, but when it comes to board coverage it seems to me like you're too strong on high boards and too weak on lower ones

you can compute pf ev of a range using simple postflop, so you can actually compare hu ranges. that said this range seem retarded -__-

Yeah, you have to set the program to run each different possible flop though right? So takes quite a while to run, then you have to change the ranges and run it again and so on and so forth. I feel like it'd take a week to compute? :/
