Hello degens. Wanna keep this short and sweet. I recently have been making a lot of progress again after spending 3 months cutting weight. And have started my youtube channel up again. I'm going to commit to 1 video a week. Probably on thursdays. And probably fit one spontaneous one in addition to that somewhere randomly each week. I have 2. YES TWO!! brand spanking new videos up. And now that I have a computer that can actually edit video without freezing on every frame. I should be upping the quality of all of them. So check them out. Make sure to like and subscribe IFFF you like them and want to see more. ALSO! very important if anyone has any questions regarding fitness or possibly dieting. Go ahead and ask. If the question can be beneficial to a lot of people. I might make a video on it. Or at the very least I will answer them. Also know that I dont know everything obviously being mostly just an intermediate at this point. But thats the beauty of it. If I don't think I have a good solid answer for you. I will investigate it and let you know what I find out. So it would help me out and let me broaden my knowledge base quite a bit. Anyway tell me what you fuckers think .

and im just sitting here stuck at 150lbs and slight progress in strength for the past 3 months

got any tips on how to bulk considering the lack of eating culture ? or will i have to actually man up and eat normally :D

i dont remember what we did exactly but pretty sure i was just trying to teach you how I deadlift. Dont think I ever had a real deadlift session at the time. o_0 As my deadlift hasnt increased more than 20 pounds or so since then i think

Ye i did it in warmup just for comfort. The difference the little volume of doing 135 for 3 reps is going to give me is irrelevent to my hook grip or mixed grip -_-. I do all my back training without any sort of mixed grip. Though not sure how someone would do bent over rows with a mixed grip anyway. but ye deadlift with a mixed grip even at medium to heavy weights comprises less than 5% of my total backwork. maybe even less than that. o_0

Well i was a VERY hard gainer when i started. I was 118lb 5'8 pretty much until i was 25. But its actually simpler then I ever thought. First thing thats super important for a hard gainer. Is meal timing imo. Just deciding to eat a lot more for me wasn't useful. As I was already trying to eat as much as I could. But instead trying to eat just a little more frequently was what did it. So my old routine was wake up. wait like 3 hours have something light to eat then have lunch after like 3-4 hours and then dinner like 5-6 hours later. And that was it. But really try and fit a meal in within the first hour of waking up. Dont focus on pigging out just on getting a modest amount of food in. Even something like a bagel with creamcheese and maybe a banana or something. Something that wont be too hard to down soon after waking up if thats a problem for you. And then actively think of eating every 4 hours. An important thing to note is that even after 2 hours of a sizeable meal. Your stomach will be empty. You might still feel full but if you sit down and just eat as if you were hungry. You will be able to eat just as much, just as comfortably. NOTE. With that said. If you DEVOUR some enourmous chipotle bowl or something. It will be counter productively though (atleast it was for me). Because it will really make you feel full forever. Avoid those 100% capacity meals. That you feel you're gonna go straight into food coma. Eating modest amounts will allow you to continue pace of just eating every 4 hours comfortably. The net gain of 1 extra modest sized meal will be more useful than 2-3 enourmous meals. Also adding in gainer protein shakes is really useful too. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/815JQDn3wwL._SY355_.jpg for example was the first thing that popped up. HONESTLY I dont use them anymore I just have worked on expanding my stomach and slowly increased my natural eating habits to the point I just eat 3 meals a day again. But you also could just do your normal eating habits and fit one of these in after a workout or something with some milk. And you will instantly find yourself in a 500 calorie surplus for the day. lol. These products arent exactly the best when it comes to getting micro nutrients in your diet as they really are just protein and sugar for the most part. But if you are lifting and gaining size it wont adversely affect you at all. Its just extra calories in the end.

I thought you ordered a proper lifting belt from Inzer? The fuck is that velcro shit, lol :D.

I did but i use different tightness and placement with squat and deadlift. And i value the belt much more with squats so i have it set to that tightness. I ordered a 20$ double pronged leather belt from amazon for my deadlifting. Should get here today

What I mean is, get an Inzer belt. Not a $20 belt that's going to fail on you when you PR.
