I enjoyed it, I bet this expansion will fix some serious game play issues and give it a fresh feel. Is there any shout casts for some of recent game play?

How is the sc2 scene now adays? It has really low numbers on twitch compared to WoL times.
Hopefully blizz will get into WC4 after lotv cus it doesn't seem like SC2 will ever recover

Regarding the game trailer, it looks cool, but it doesn't get me excited enough to want to play the game again. After playing 50 games of the SC2 beta, I stopped playing the game completely and never looked back.

It just doesn't have the appeal that SC/BW had for me as a teenager.

Heroes is actually very fun to play. I suggest you try it. You take out the stress of DotA and take in the fun of Blizzard lores. They have different maps compared to other MOBAs as their competitive format (kinda like SC maps), so it is pretty nice to get the variety in a different way.

the GSL when casted by Tasteless and Artosis is amazing

I also enjoy watching WinterSC stream

only annoying thing about heroes is, if you are not in the right mmr range, you will be teamed with a shitload of terribad players

Nah he s right I played a bit got to rank8 or something and i was getting matched with retards only and dropped to rank 15-16 thats like 16 losses at least in a row. The game is quite easy to play and concepts to grasp. Considering i was at 2.4k ELO @ LoL and having played with super toxic ppl I'd say the HoTS matchmaking system is terrible

We could discuss that for pages and it wouldn't mean a thing unless we re aware of how the MMR system is built as what you've wirtten is the very basic and its probably much more complex. The facts as i see them are this :
- I'm a critical thinker and taught myself to be non toxic moba player ( not blaming others improves ur winrate by at least 2bb/100 )
- I was able to go from Silver 1 to Diamond 2 in LoL where the community is pure toxicity you got people blaming other people every game and a referee telling everyone to calm down and start playing instead. While doing that I've most certainly thrown a bunch of games, but the only way to progress is to note mistakes and not repeat them
- HoTS community on the other hand is quite decent and there are rarely trolls or flamers and such
- I've had two sick downswings of 10games+ in a row loses where I've dominated my opponents hard however the people cant grasp the concept of OBJECTIVES in the game even if you beg them to.
- I've never had such a downswing in LoL eventhough I've made tons of more mistakes as the game is shitload harder as well

That being said I could as well say that the other major problem is HoTS is grealy unbalanced there are like 10 top tier characters and others are very behind - at least when I played it the broken champs mostly required good skill to perform well so that balanced it out to a level

sorry didnt wanna start and derail with the whole mmr debate

since it is my first moba (except 10 games in dota when it was still a wc3 funmap), im not used to the whole team thing and im there are certainly things that bother me more in hots than just bad play. I do believe though that i am the player with the best understanding of the game in most teams i play these days, but thats not that hard in the 2000 mmr range so it doesnt count for much...

But I am definitely guilty of playing worse in bad teams. But then again D3 Season 4 started so I just farm daily quests these days in heroes

The way I understood it in the video, the archon is not a ball of energy since it maybe lost it's shields from the damage it took? A small energy shield is short of shown for 1 second right after transformation

However, you are right the video is not very accurate. I mean whats the wormwhole thing, when the archons disappears with the ultra? But I think blizz videos were never accurate, nor made any mense, nor need they to. I mean why would 1 single viking land directly in front of an ultra (see hots trailer) :D. And I think zerg definitely had more than 200 supply in some broodwar videos...

Personally I dont think these videos need to be accurate. I just want some good graphics (blizzard never disappoints) and some sort of action. To sum up: i like it!
