Hey guys,

Got to work a lil late this month, was swinging around a lot for a while after Vegas, finally got settled at the tables and started booking some wins recently though.

Here is last months spreadsheet;

Going to be playing nl25-nl50 rolling into 9/1 and look to be at nl100-nl200 by the EOM. Wish me luck.

This month life was pretty busy, moving back from LV, finding a new apartment, living situations between then and time spent with family and friends, really happy to be home and set up after LV.

Aiming for 200+ Hours this month and a fun filled life, that's all I can really ask out of myself.

Goal has changed a little bit, but mostly just fixation on becoming a confident nl100-nl600 player everyday.
I love playing (1) MTT at a time on Bovada, and just getting tons of CG Hands in. Feels good to rebuild back up to nl25-nl50 BR before 9/1.

Question btw : whos the best cashgame player to watch on Streaming Twitch? can you guys put some links up please !

GL to everyone!
Ryan

there is a light at the end of the tunnel... (but sometimes the tunnel is long and deep as hell)

*Thinking out loud*

How can I be helpful?

Supporting and encouraging OP's behavior does not seem like it would be helpful. Sharing my opinions as if I were a poker coach could lead to being resented. Who am I to share unsolicited poker advice? This is a poker forum though? Oh, but this is a personal journal.

You know what fuck it. I have written this much.

Maybe if I just deal with facts.

Facts:

- $15/hr over 84 hours
- Working at Aldi would be $17/hr over 160 hours
- Last session skews the whole month since it was purely running good at stakes with less than 5 buyins. That session is almost half of monthly income.
- Is 200+ hours next month a reasonable expectation?

I would define responsible daily 600 NL player requires the skills to find and beat games on more or less a daily basis, ideally the skills to recognize edges and sustain edges for 2-3 years (including the honesty to hedge bets and move on if needed), at least $30,000 liquid bankroll and 3-6 months liquid living expenses. Obviously, every situation is different and it depends but off the top of my head that is a fair job requirement.

Can you reasonably acquire the assets to accomplish above?

What are the market realities today, tomorrow, and moving forward over the next 5-10 years?

What are your aspirations and values?

Do you have a plan B?

Do you have a plan Z that does not require sleeping on a park bench and stealing food out of trash cans?

How are you going to have fun on a non-liquid $1,500 bankroll?

These days living like a monk still costs $1,000+/month.

RikD ur a dick lol!

$15 an hour doing what I like is fine by me, especially since this was a kinda bad month for me. I average about double that though, but I was drinking almost everyday this month having fun, I don't usually drink often, but some months it happens.

You know me, your comment is kinda just u venting off ur rage of obvious shit? Relax man, Doing better than I have in a while over a long term on my own instead of staked for the first time since 2010... (been on my own since January)

This was one of my worst months of the year but its a month so w/e.

had tons of 10ths 9ths 15ths etc....

Gonna stick to more CG's this month I do believe.

I have goals to go way above that 30k number, stakes higher in both CG and MTT, and I'm working very diligently.

I'm not gonna defend myself, results vary, it was a fun month, I just needed to drink less and play more.

if there is something that I've learned among live poker tards and degenerate gamblers, I'd say prove that you're working really hard or just quit poker. You've been saying the same shit over the years. Even though I've never seen you in real life I can safely assume you belong to the degenerate gambler's category. I really appreciate that you put note of you playing nl 10 AND nl 600 but that just means you lack a LOT of discipline. Either get your shit together or just quit playing because this really isn't a joke living like this. Don't fucking lie to yourself and put some goals for yourself and fucking stick to it. Seriously man, I'm tired of telling you the same shit so I'll leave it here and hopefully you'll change over the course. Gl dude. My best wishes.

Shin-il : Yeah it was very very very good for me too. Rekrul : YOU MOTHER FUCKING FUCKING SON OF A BITCH
