Oh, watched first two of this show. First ep, pretty boring, 2nd, a little more action. But don't feel any of the characters, all a bit "meh"!!

^^^ as far as "the strain" goes the wheels have completely fallen off and it's at this stage where the writers can get away with anything since the viewers are already invested in that piece of crap. Here's just one example: the main protagonist probably had a sudden hair loss problem since he suddenly appeared bald in the middle of the second season which makes me think that he was wearing a rug in the first season - it's that ridiculous now (still watch for whatever reason lol)

he looks like a different person and for the casual viewer you would think the main actor disappeared all of a sudden

The season finale for Falling Skies was last Sunday, and it fucking sucked. It was on for 5 seasons, and I kept watching it because I was already invested in it. This final season was dumb as fuck, and you could tell they were trying to save money along the way by having 3 or so filler episodes...

My mom recommended it... I watched all 3 fucking seasons it was bad at first and it just kept getting worse, theres a point where you feel "plot commited" but fuck it, im quitting Falling Skies, its garbage.

Season 4 was decent, but Season 5 just sucked.

Knowing that it was their last season, it seemed like the writers didn't care much. This happens with some shows during their final season. I'm just glad I'm not plot-committed to Falling Skies anymore. I only started watching it cuz I'm a fan of Noah Wyle.

I'm enjoying this show but I really wish they knew what zombies were. It's supposed to be a realistic modern environment and everyone in that environment knows what a zombie is and the general rules of engagement, especially in america. Also, lol @ no gun at home.

The show is starting to get better, but yeah, I agree that it currently isn't a great show. That being said, I only watch shows on HBO and AMC, as they have the best shows, and all of the best shows are on "vacation" right now.

After this show is over, The Walking Dead will return, so I'll keep watching this show just cuz I'm already 3 episodes into it (They only planned to have 6 episodes, iirc).

Fear the Walking Dead is only a 6-episode show. It ends on October 4th.

The Walking Dead (season 6) begins on October 11th.

Looks like they'll keep doing these 6-episode seasons so they can build up to each new season of The Walking Dead. Kinda smart.

There's also this YouTube show called "Fear the Walking Dead Flight 462," which is a 16-part series that will air before or during each new episode of The Walking Dead. It's based around an airplane full of people that is stuck on an airport track, right as the outbreak is happening. Each episode is only 2 minutes or less, so that sucks. Here's the first episode:
