It is not filled with tons of preservatives

I have learned from poker that being at the table is not a grind, the grind is living and poker is how I pass the time

pretty sure on the forums you can find all the breakdowns, and if not, ask. If the bcaa are lacking, easily can supplement. Or just eat regular diet and have these drinks as a snack

I like this drink as going to the casino and eating is a huge pain. Casino food sucks or way overpriced

yo dawg, i ve heard you like supplements, so you can supplement while you supplement

its soy protein, basically garbage, theres plenty of better options like protein bars or just mixing whey+casein+mixed oats and adding water later

Ive done a fair amount of research on nutrition and this product looks questionable. There is worse things u can put in ur body obv but i wouldnt be looking to buy this in bulk and have it as a regular part of your diet.

Ever considered packing a lunch for casino? You could probably cook some stuff in bulk and pack a weeks worth at a time.

What part is questionable about the Soylent 2.0 drink version? I have never bought soylent as previous version have had questionable ingredients, sources of ingredients, ratios. However, this time around looking at it, it is a lot more solid from my understanding.

For a long time I avoided soy protein isolate but it is looking to not be as bad as I previous felt it could be. Do I prefer they use something different? probably, but I would never use soylent as a total nutrition replacement.

I tend to avoid added sugars or things like sucralose, not sure why they don't use Stevia, but I prefer nothing like that added. Though, at such a low concentration I don't think it even matters.

The reason why avoiding outside foods is a goal, in particular: cooking methods, unknown quantities of ingredients, etc. Most restaurants use very cheap vegetable oils, adding a lot more omega 6 than what I want in my diet. I prefer to limit foods cooked via high temperature for long periods of time, etc.

You see where this is going, a formulation that reaches nutritional goals while being environmentally sustainable and reducing overall carbon footprint is important. Their use of Algal oil that is produced via Algae, grown in a laboratory is a better use of energy than getting fats from things like animals, animal by products.

As for making a ton of good, yes but everyone is partial to convenience

I can't take the word soylent seriously. Every time I see it I immediately think of that 1970s movie Soylent Green where the food they eat is made out of dead people.

SPOILER ALERT.

Not sure why the creator decided to name his product after that movie though.

Soy, canola oil, and high heat preservation procedure are all huge flags for me.

Avoid soy and most all beans unless fermented, canola oil cuz of omega imba when our diet most likely already has too much omega 6, and high temperature preservation cuz it turns a lot of stuff that was once fine for us into something toxic (not saying thats the case here but its a flag at least).

also dont like the macro ratios and a few of the other ingredients further down the list

I mean mostly nitpicking here the jury isnt out on most of this stuff.

But pretty sure if u rly care what you are eating these days u gotta make ur own food or pay some health nit delivery service to do it for u.
