Anton Morgenstern Is German And Germans "Always Have It"
Anton Morgenstern opens in middle position to 120,000 and Julian Parmann calls on the button. The blinds fold to send to players to the flop.
Both players check the Kh/10s/9s flop and Morgenstern checks for a second time after the Qs falls on the turn. Parmann picks up the betting, pushing out 150,000. Morgenstern takes a moment to think before he clicks it back to 550,000. Parmann eyes down his opponent and then calls.
The 7s puts four to a flush on the board and after inspecting Parmann's remaining near 2,200,000 chip stack, Morgenstern puts out a bet of 475,000.
It's a small bet relative to the size of the pot but it's enough to force Parmann out, as he pushes his hand towards the muck after close to two minutes of thought.
With close to ten minutes remaining in Level 26, Anton Morgenstern has increased his stack by nearly 3,000,000 chips. The main reason, as one of his table mates puts it, "Germans just always have it..."

The dealer spreads a flop of 7h/Jc/8c and Morgenstern quickly checks. Morgenstern continues for 250,000 and Stefanski clicks it back to 505,000. Morgenstern folds and Parmann moves all in. Stefanski snap calls.
Parmann quickly tables Qc/Qs but is in bad shape against the As/Ah of Stefanski.
