It's kind of a pain in the ass but this is how I do it:

1. Request HH from Bovada (have to wait 24 hours after you leave table)
2. Convert HH with Bovada hand converter so HEM/PT can pick it up
3. Import into HEM/PT
4. Find HH in HEM/PT, post to LP

I have to email them? can i just ask for my whole month?

Account---->hand history---->ring games---->download all

You may have to change something in settings to be able to download the HH, don't remember...
