I don't know if poker has gotten harder in the last 6 months or if I'm just burnt out. I played some crazy HU matches last year and swung almost 10 grand each way. Results were that my lack of care for money due to HU made me play recklessly in 6m throwing money around, which didn't end well. I took a few months off and now I can't get my groove going, lost 2 flips this session and not feeling good about my game or edge. Maybe it's my patience. I seem to be forcing plays rather than letting them come to me. There's still clearly fish but I can't seem to beat the games as of yet. What are your experiences 200NL+?

I'm not a 200nl player but why wouldn't you play at a lower limit to get your feeling back ? Enjoying the grind like before ? Even though you may not care about money. That's kind of like playing a 22 in starcraft for chills. Dunno man. 2 bi loss could mean anything unless you know for sure you've been playing retarded.

Shin-il : Yeah it was very very very good for me too. Rekrul : YOU MOTHER FUCKING FUCKING SON OF A BITCH

it sounds like you're on autopilot and ur 6max autopilot is mixed up with ur heads up autopilot. I've had that and I always either:
A) kept playing and lost money and went further down the spiral
B) took a break and came back and went on an "upswing" (played better)

something that doesnt really matter but is interesting to me; your reputation as a regular and the stats that you have built up in opponents' database programs are probably helping to minimize your losses alot right now. If you had a fresh smurf account and played as "badly" (compared to normal), ppl would see u as a mark and attack/exploit u aggressively

also to say something positive; if you are going through stretches where you're emotionally drained like this and basically giving away money, and breaking anywhere near even or better, it makes me suspect that ur ingame skill is much higher than ur opponents. All you have to do is manage yourself better and play when you feel good and are thinking straight
