Half of Bayern's squad is not German.
Any great insight from our football experts, Capaneo and his friends?

Neuer,Lahm,Schweinsteiger and Müller are key players for Germany though.
And dont forget, that Badstuber and Kroos are injured.Kroos has played a great season until his injury.
Sure but non-German players are also key players.
All assists and goals from the final are thanks to non-German players.
Ribéry can barely speak french, I can't imagine what it's like with german... I'm only reacting about stellar analysis from our great soccer experts in this thread, capaneo leading the group.

i had a bet on bayern and lucked out with 1 minute to go which is nice but was funny that robben was the one to actually win the game
after he had missed 3 goals by himself in 1st half i was like "take this guy out he always fucks up in the finals" but then found myself in frodo's shoes having a conversation with gandalf in the cave where frodos original convo is like "bilbo should have killed gollum" and gandalf is like "bilbos mercy is good and i have a feeling gollum has an important role in this story" but my convo was like "friggin coach should not play robben he blows in finals" and gandalf is like "his mercy in letting him play is good, i dont know what role robben has but something tells me he has a big factor in the end" and so it was to be bayern wins by robbens last minute goal ---- well played gandalf the grey and about friggin time robben!

.
what i meant is that the german players playing for Bayern mostly have a key role in the german national team as well.
Quality>Quantity regarding your "only 50% of the squad are german" comment.
IIRC Müller did make like 8 goals and probably a lot of assists for Bayern to reach the final.
Robben only started to play regularly for Bayern after Kroos got injured mid-season.
Mandzukic who replaced Gomez(another german that made a lot of goals last season) in most games is more of a team player and not a scorer...i think he only made 3 goals in the whole CL season.
Kroos did a lot of assists and some goals until his injury and is still extremely young.Müller btw is only 23 as well.
So its not only Dortmund that got those young and refreshing players from Germany ...and götze is heading to bayern now anyway.

Nationality has nothing to do with it. My point is that for a team to be finctional, no matter how talented the players are, they have to be able to communicate in a common language on the pitch.
That Darrace retard on this site claims the player are just out there to kick the ball and don't need to talk to each other at all.

Why would it have to be in a common language?
I don't see how it would matter at all if they are using both German and English on the field.
I never said they don't need to talk to each other.
I was just underlining the fact that saying "Barcelona can ONLY recruit spanish-speaking players" is retarded.
Just like you are champion.

Go back and read your own stupid coments cause thats exactly what u said before. The point is that if a player has to fit in a squad they have to be able to speak the language of the team so they can constantly communicate with their team mates, coach, staff on the pitch and in the dressing room. They might be able to get by a few month or even a season, but I have never seen a decent player who doesn't pick up the language of the team after 1 season.
Also how stupid are u? They don't even speak Spanish in Becalona! But the rules is that FCB players need to learn Spanish to communicate with their team mates (a common language for the team even though its not spoken on the streets of Barcelona). You can clearly see failure of great players like zambrotta in FCB and associate it with lack of communication on the pitch!

Everyone. In. Spain. Speaks. Spanish. Natives might speak Catalan to each other by preference but
there is nobody inhabiting in Barcelona who doesn't understand or speak Spanish flawlessly.

Sorry, I have been to Barcelona only 5 times. Knowing Spanish is different than speaking Spanish. People in Quebec know English too.

OK, so first you insult me being in Canada. Then you make up stuff about how I am treated on an internet poker forum. Tell me again how that is any relevant to the topic of conversation here? Also you do realize you have not contributed one sentence to the topic of football and CL on 7 pages here?
