Herta Berlin is in division 2 since this year (I think)

Hertha made it back to division one just one week ago.
Berlin,unlike London and Paris for example,isnt the economic capital/centre of Germany.
Cities like Munich are a lot richer.
Furthermore,Bonn has been the capital of Germany for a long time,that explains why u cant compare Berlin to most other capitals in Europe.Living expenses in Berlin as another example are still very low compared to other capitals or Munich.

PS: Pepe is THE MOST overrated defender in the entire world. He is at best a decent defender, I don't know why people think he is any good. All the croses vs Madrid are just a total disaster. Compare Madrid or Barca games even Vs Catania to understand what defending is.
