Early stoppage, not surpriised since Yves Lavine and Steve Mazagatti are the 2 worst referees in the UFC. Would have liked to see Silva actually land some GnP shots before the fight was stopped, he only landed 1 unch out of the 5-6 last punches.

Silva has repeatedly said he is not moving to 205, makes sense really, he'd get haped by dat JJ.

It would be a retarded decision by Silva to move to 205.
He's making Silva money no matter who he's fighting and he gets to add to his already impressive streaks.
You guys should be encouraging 205s to move down.

Not an early stoppage, you're just heavily biased.

You can see extremely clearly in the after-fight replay that after the second clean punch landed
on Sonnen's face his arms waddled away from his head and his facial expression confirmed the
only reasonable ruling to be made from his hand movements: He was no longer intelligently defending himself
and according to the rules the judge was obligated to stop that fight.

Re-read the rules man. And by rules I mean metarules.

It wasn't a early stoppage. Sonnen was badly hurt by that knee to stomach. Like Tito vs. Lil Nog.

Yeah because there's no way the most accomplished MMA striker could have that effect.

I don't think there is a light heavyweight that could take that knee to the solar plexus without the same result.

HERE is the fix: People thought all of Silva's skill just went out the window as soon as someone learned how to wrestle.

Silva fought injured against a TRT ABUSING opponent who managed to wrestlefuck him. Those were the only reasons we saw that ridiculous fight. .

Nothing else.
