LOL this reminded me of those TV shows like "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" where they change/build houses for people with low resources or special needs and they put so many expensive stuff that the family probably won't be able to give proper maintenance to it. Like this kid that was in a wheel chair, they put a rehab pool in one of the rooms which obviously is going to be super expensive. I haven't read anything about they giving them insurance or some guarantees but I guess they pretty much have to.
