Daniel Negreanu has had enough of critics and complaining on his social media. The Canadian then decided to block another one of his opponents on Twitter. This time it's Doug Polk himself who shortly after published a “touching” video.
A few days ago Negreanu also blocked Thomas „SrslySirius” Keeling. The reason for that the meme the latter has created about the latest increase of rake over at PokerStars.
As it turns out „SrslySirius” was not the only unlucky follower. Negreanu decided apparently to get rid of all the fuss makers on his Twitter. And so it finally hapenned. Doug Polk has no longer the access to commenting Daniel's tweets.
Animosities between Polk and Neagranu go back to 2016 when D-Neg tried to justify the rake increase at PokerStars. Polk severely criticized the Canadian player in one of his vlog episodes.
Polk commented Negreanu's position on rake many times afterwards. While talking with Joe Ingram he said bluntly: (Negreanu) is a great hypocrite and he brings shame to poker players and poker in general.
“Kid Poker” has had enough of that and he decided Polk can no longer follow him on Twitter. Polk responded in his style, changing status to “Sad Doug Polk” and published a “touching” video in which he emphasized how sad he is that his Twitter relationship with Daniel has come to an end ????
