 It looks like the upcoming Word Series of Poker Europe will be the most amazing poker event in Europe since a long time. King’s Casino Rozvadov announced earlier this week that it will be raising the guarantee of the €10,350 buy-in 2017 World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE) Main Event taking place November 4-10.
The World Series of Poker Europe will kick off mid-October with preliminary events that will run until the Main Event starts. The Main Event guaranteed prize pool has been now raised from €4,000,000 to €5,000,000, which means the winner will take home at least €1 million.
As a reminder, there will be also a €111,111 buy-in High Roller One Drop event with a €10 million guaranteed prize pool. According to King's Casino owner Leon Tsoukernik already over 90 players have confirmed their participation in the high roller event.
"We already have over 90 x €11k deposits for the €111k High Roller For One Drop starting November 3 so we encourage anybody that wants to play to confirm very fast as we have a cap of 111 players and we are still three months away from the event! The demand is strong and I have given up my own seat and will play host instead. My €11k deposit will go to One Drop," Tsoukernik said.
