During the weekend an official list of nominees for 2017 Poker Hall of Fame was realsed. There are 10 recognizable people from poker left in the race for one of the greatest honors in the history of this sport. Amongst them there is also a deceased poker player, David “Devilfish” Ulliott.
45-person jury for sure won't have an easy time to choose who is and who isn't going to be written down on the pages of poker history.

As a reminder, the criteria for the Poker Hall of Fame are: A player must have played poker against acknowledged top competition
Be a minimum of 40 years old at time of nomination
Played for high stakes
Played consistently well, gaining the respect of peers
Stood the test of time Or, for non-players, contributed to the overall growth and success of the game of poker, with indelible positive and lasting results. |
