PartyPoker adds Diamond Club to their new rakeback system, rewarding hardcore grinders

Partypoker is not slowing with the changes to their new rakeback program (you can read more about it here: New PartyPoker cashback system goes in live today, replaces old VIP system). Just few days after introducing what is the best program on the market, PartyPoker informed of launch the Diamond Club, the top VIP level for the new Cashback Loyalty Program.

Last week new partypoker Chairman Mike Sexton outlined ten commitments he’d like to deliver for the poker community, including his aim to "reward players who start games and keep the action going". The Diamond Club will do just this, rewarding its members with at least 50% rakeback plus other VIP bonuses.

This is a program for most hardcore players: to be eligible, players must commit to earning 100,000 points [$100,000 rake ] over a 12 month period across any poker game type including MTTs, Ring Games, Fast Forward, SNG HERO and STTs.
Players will receive their normal weekly cashback every Monday into their online account with the additional cashback and VIP Bonuses being paid once players achieve the agreed 12 month points target. Should a player achieve their target in less than 12 months, the extra Diamond Club Cashback and benefits will be paid out as soon as the player reaches the points target. Diamond Club Members will also receive dedicated 24/7 Skype Customer Support from the Diamond Club team.

Managing Director of partypoker Tom Waters said: “It’s important that we reward all our players. The Diamond Club comes as part of the roll-out of the new, significantly improved partypoker Cashback loyalty program. Having Patrick’s input in creating this VIP level in the new, rewarding rakeback scheme was imperative to ensure we got this right. We have listened and I’m sure that we are giving the players what they want.”

Between 115-125k$ rake, depending on what you played if I remember correctly, since we are talking about 2-3 years back before it was gutted down and then removed.
