American pro Isaac Haxton took down the EPT13 Prague €25k Single-Day Single Re-Entry Event, beating a 83-entry field to find his way to the €559,200 first-place prize. Haxton, 31, has been a regular participant in the highest buy-in tournaments in the world. He has racked up more than $12 million in live cashes. However, he hadn't won a high roller until today.

Considered one of the world's finest high stakes cash game players, Haxton has been crushing the online scene using monikers "philivey2694" and "luvtheWNBA". Born and raised in New York, Haxton moved overseas and settled in Malta. He played Magic: The Gathering when he was a child but transitioned to poker when he turned 18. Since then, he's won millions of dollars on the felt.

Haxton has notched up three seven-figure prizes in live events. His biggest payday - A$2,820,000 - came for a runner-up finish in the 2014 Aussie Millions A$250k Challenge. Haxton's live resumé includes tons of large cashes. Adding the aformentioned €559,200 to his CV, Haxton now moves to 24th place in the all-time money list.

He beat German pro Julian Stuer heads-up. The final duel lasted only three hands, and the tournament was over. Stuer picked up €397,550, the biggest live cash of his career. His previous best result was €181,200 for eighth place in the EPT13 Barcelona €50k Super High Roller. The 26-year-old from Rosenheim has amassed more than $1.3 million in live tournaments. Stuer is also prolific online.

Third place finisher Adrian Mateos collected €260,300. The final three players discussed a deal but no agreement has been reached and the €25k High Roller was eventually played out with the original payout structure.

EPT13 Malta €25k Event runner-up Ramin Hajiyev was eliminated in fourth place, banking €200,300. David Yan, New Zealand's wunderkind, finished fifth for €158,610 while the EPT high buy-in events all-time biggest earner Steve O'Dwyer secured €124,050 for sixth place. Charlie Carrel extended his fantastic streak in EPT13 Prague biggest events. The 23-year-old British pro was knocked out in ninth place, adding another €57,950 to his €535,250 for second place in the €50k SHR and €159,545 for third in the €10k Single Re-Entry.

There were 83 entries to the tournament (69 unique players plus 14 re-entries), beating last year's 80-entry field. The €2,033,500 prize pool was divvied up between the top 11 players. The bubble burst with EPT10 Vienna champion Oleksii Khoroshenin leaving in 12th place.
