Benny Glaser has put in an unbelievable performance at this years World Series of Poker by becoming the 1st player to make a clean sweep of the Limit Omaha Hi-Lo bracelets – and he did it by winning back-to-back tournaments: after his first victory over 933 other players in the $1500 buy-in event he went straight into winning a $10,000 event played in the same format.

Glaser started the 3-handed battle with a slight chip lead (3.22m to 3.1m) over Doug Lorgeree and Matt Glantz in 3rd place with 1.8m. It was a bad start for the 27 year old Southampton pro though as he lost consecutive pots to dive to just 1.7m chips while Glantz went up to almost 2.7m and Lorgeree took the lead closing in on 4 million chips. However, a series of 3 big pots then fell Glaser’s way, and with huge blinds and antes, this propelled him to a sizeable chip lead, holding over 5.5m chips.

From here on in Benny G was going to push ahead full steam for the win and he didn’t stop even once. After eliminating Matt Glantz in 3rd, he went into heads-up play with a 6.8m to 1.35m lead over Doug Lorgeree. It took just few hands for him to finish the tournament as the winner.

Glaser won $407,194 here, his second bracelet of the series (3rd one in two years), and back-to-back titles, while Lorgeree had to settle for runner-up and ($251,655 payday).
