So I've got a few theoretical stuff. If turn bricks like 7c ( tbh dont know what s the best brick card on this turn considering action since he can x/r tons of gutshot or oesd theoretically ) I'm supposing we check back. Is there any river we call a bet on though ? X/minr X Bet line would be pretty shitty

I've seen something similar on a rio video by steve paul, the video is called analyzing a hand with pio solver. The similarity between this hand and the hand that is analyzed on the video, is the choice to bet really small on the turn then go really big on the river. I think this betsize choice/line plays really well for our turn continuing range, where we will have alot of medium strength hands ( pocket pairs < q) and we are playing against a polarized range that will check raise or fold( and in some cases simply call). So by betting turn small, we are more protected vs a possible check raise and we also avoid a tough decision on the river when we check turn and opponent bets big on brick rivers. We will also be taking the same line with nutted hands as we are in this case with 88.

nice river sizing... gawd such sick value

i've seen some Otb_RedBaron hands where he overbets turn on very draw-heavy boards like this, with what i'd assume is a range of strong draws, strong hands, and total air. there was no check/minraise on the flop the times he did it tho ;p
