Just moved into my apt yesterday! On the 25th floor with a view of downtown Minneapolis. Any other LPers from the Minneapolis area?

Here's the view from my balcony:

Been a while since I've concentrated on playing HU. Of course, HU is all I've been playing for a while (I suckkkk at 6+max), but this is the first time that I've been able to take more time to analyze my plays and make the best decisions in the moment. I believe the main reason for this is that I'm only playing 1 table at a time. While playing 2 tables, I seem to go into generic robot mode, and...

Running sick good at 100NLHU. Had a short session last night, +5bi. Just ended a short session, +5bi. In all, +10bi ~ 1000 hands. I've ran pretty good, but my minraise style works very well vs a variety of opponents. Plus lots of ppl suck at HU.

Been a long time since I posted. Unfortunately, last break I fucked up HU and lost a good amount. Now I'm back at it, and crushing. It seems that whenever I start playing HU after being gone for a while, I crush.

Had some good sessions this last week. I like to pick on people that have 200BB+ stacks on regular tables. It's fun taking all of their moniez :D.

It's always tough for me to put in lots of hands during the school year. That is why Christmas break has always been special. It's the time of the year when I'm at home, ignoring my family, staying up to 5am, sleeping until 4pm, and playing poker all other times. Ahh, what a wonderful time of the year.

Last xmas I was able to boost my PS BR from 1k to 10k+ playing exclusively NL HU [50NL - 2...

Yeah, so I just got done with my worst session of omaha ever. I played my good A game, didn't make any huge mistakes... -10bi @ 50PLO 6m. I don't understand how I can lose 10/10 (or more) all ins where I'm 66% favorite. I mean, I know the game is swingy... I just don't understand how it can be ALL downwards. :/

One guy always played for stacks preflop:

Played a bit of 50PLO HU and really like it. Obv my game is really weak right now, but enough to beat the fish :). Will work on improving my game if i can find time in between school work. My Hands. Let me know if you have some beginners PLO HU advice, or could recommend some good resources like articles and vids.

After my last 400 hands went so shitty, losing flips and stuff, I decided to take a break for the night. Went downstairs, ate some food, watched the new Family Guy episode. Eating gave me some time to cool off, and I decided I wanted to play some more.

All of the following happened in a span of 48 hands:

Had my largest HU upswing today @ 200NL vs SFisch4. I've never seen the guy around the HU tables, so I figured I'd stack him and then he'd leave, like most of the other unknowns do. Luckily for me, he was an uberfish that NEVER believed me. Every time I would stack him, he would say "nh" and reload. After I stacked him, he became uber aggressive whenever checked to, and never believed...

Most of you probably don't know me, except for the occasional hands I post. My name is Devin and I started playing online poker my senior year of HS, but only got into it seriously when I met Sean (Day[9]) and Corwin (Myth) during my sophomore year at college (pretty awesome when you have two amazing friends to learn from first hand). Sean introduced me to the idea of 12 tabling. I started out ...
