Today was a good day. I'm getting more comfortable playing loose. I recommend everyone at low stakes on PS table select like crazy because then this will happen...

My last two sessions have started with my playing well being up a buyin or so, and then hitting cooler after suckout after cooler. My brain isn't working now, so I'm gonna take a few days off to lick my wounds. The last 3 days erased the last week and a half of progress towards 50NL. BLAHHHHHHHH

I had a decent day today. Up 2 BI.

One spot where I'm not sure if I shoulda folded QQ pf:
I raised over pot from BB after a few limps, UTG shortstack calls behind, UTG+1 full stack 3bets to 17BB. I decide to call for set value thinking the shortie will call/push (essentially same thing based on his stack) and he pushes (like 3/4 BB more than the raise) and UTG+1 shoves. I feel like his li...

My blog today is dedicated to being thankful for running good. Good runs are very often taken for granted and a lot of retards like to chalk up there hot streaks to their own personal skill. I started out having a tough day today and ended up running well to finish in the green.

Thank you magical poker gods for allowing me to run well and profit today.

Today (and the last few days) have been going great. Corwin has helped me A TON with my game, and has already fixed a ton of my leaks and opened my eyes to a lot of concepts I was missing. I've decreased my tables to 4, and have been trying focus really hard on each hand, and have been trying to pay more attention to detail.

I just finished my last final exam, but all my friends have exams tomorrow morning so not partying tonight :( I just played a quick session and decided to quit while I was ahead because I had a swingy session last night. I think there must be mad fish playing on friday nights or something because they did all the work for me stacking off with TPGK and air all session.

I only have 1 final exam left until schools out, and I just played the best session of my career. I've dropped down to 4-tables and I've been trying to concentrate hard every single hand. If it weren't for 2 suckouts I'd be up ~$85 on the day (a lot for me), but I didn't even mind the two beats much because I could tell I was playing my A game. (One was AI on the flop my TT vs his overcards and...

I just registered for my next classes for school. I found it funny that several(my probability, statistics, and psychology classes) could/will have applications to poker.

I've been testing the water at 25NL FR. So far it seems extremely beatable, but I didn't have an amazing day due to hitting my set of 5's on a ace high flop only to run into AA for quite a large pot.
