Running good vs playing well.

Don't know if this is retarded, but I'd like to here some opinions.

How do you generally distinguish between the two? I've been playing NL50 for about 2 months, and I don't really play much poker, but have been running at about 5bb/100 hands. I feel like I've been playing well, without being spectacular. I've had the odd small downswing, but never more than about 5 buyins. I've also been...

Weird day. Started really badly with some horrible setups. Lost KK vs AA twice, QQ vs AA once and AKs vs AA (I run into AA quite a bit, wtf?!).

I was a bit disappointed with the QQ hand as I should have folded. His line was very obviously AA, but I wasn't good enough to fold.

Recovered pretty well though and had a good run this arvo to get into the black.

Didn't play much today. Only about 1.5 hours. Session was good overall, but 2 setups all bu evaporated any profit I had.

Setup 1: lost KK vs AA (BB vs Button)
Setup 2: Lost AK vs AA on AKx board (AA slowplayed pf T_T)

I'm going out on a limb and saying NL25 is easier than NL10. The players are bad at both, but they seem more aggro and willing to give up money. The weak just fold/call...

Well it's nearing the end of the year at work and there's pretty much nothing to do since everybody is wrapping up for the summer holidays.

I have a bit of time to pass, so I though I'd try a poker experiment to kill time.

Small history about my pokering. I was never brilliant. Just a standard grinder/nit. I've cashed a little under 10k, but I stopped playing about a year ago because I...
