Bankroll Managment

I have a 75 buy in rule for cash games, and 100 buy in for tourneys and S&G's. I keep them at 75/100 because I feel it reduces the tilt factor. Are these buy ins to high and do you they should be lowered to like 50/75?

PRETTY MUCH- What is your buy in rule, and how much do you think they should be?

Thanks
