Hey, I was wondering if anybody is interested in helping a low limit player out. I am trying to get back into low limit SitNGos.

I am looking to play the $2 9 and 18 man games on FTP. If anybody is interested, PM me and we can talk about people I have talked to and any other requirements from the interested party.

Thanks in advance.

I decided to give some $24 + 2 games a shot on FTP today. So I entered a 90 man bounty sng as well as a $75 token 9 person sit n go.

I wanted third in the 9 man and got that.-- $66

and then came in third in the 90 man.-- $252 plus bounties.

This is a good score for me. Good luck Everyone!

Poker Math Help?

My last shot has been pretty bad, but I cleared a bonus and have moved my BR up a good amount.

I am taking a few days off and will then start getting back into NL 25.

I have been interested in learning more about the math behind poker, can anybody help me find some articles that range from beginner to advanced. I'm sure i'll pick the theory and math up pretty quickly.

Thanks

I planned on playing like 40K hands this month and only put in about 7,500. School work has been insane but winter break is coming in a few weeks. These next 2 months will be my last shot at getting back up to NL 50 again. If I do not succeed, I will stick to just messing around with poker and not taking it too seriously, just a hobby.

Overall my plan will be to play 2 2-3 hour sessions a da...

I started this month with the goal of playing a good amount of hands and moving up to NL 25. I got bored and decided to move up before i had the number of buy ins that i wanted. At first it went well but that quickly changed.

I now plan on starting back at NL 5 and I want to play around 10,000 hands with discipline to see if I really should be playing cards.

After messing around with stats last month I am on my way to getting the stats I like while still being able to actually play and not focus on making it happen.

I ended up cruising through NL 5 once I figured out how I wanted to play. So now I have started to play NL 10. I am still trying to see what works in NL 10.

I started the month with about a $110 downswing so I decided to take August and try to really try to work out kinks in my game and not just try to play a certain amount of hands and not think everything through. I played NL 5 trying new things every week in order to get enough hands in to see if what i was doing would work or not.

Near the end of the month I got my stats to be closer to wha...

Lol, had a pretty good month of poker in July. I start August and it seemed to be normal but then i had a few bad beats and once those hit they never stopped. I have been trying to make a few changes to my game through more/less tables and that is probably a big part of why this is happening. Hopefully it'll end soon.

July went pretty well, I started out playing 2.25 Sit N Go's on FTP and got up to about $130 pretty quickly and then went back to NL5, got bored and used aggressive br management and jumped to NL 10 and my month went pretty well.

Any insight, opinions or anything you want to say will be appreciated.

I have been playing the $2 single table, 18 man and 27 man tournaments and have been doing well recently. My sharkscope says I am still about $130 from sit n go's which is true, mostly from tilt Omaha games and when I hadn't really figured sit n go's out.

What statistics should I be reviewing with PT3 after my sessions? What type of bankroll guidelines are people using? ( I currently have a...

So i decided to start over and build a roll from 20. I cruised through NL2 and NL5 has been no different so far. I am using a 20 buy-in rule playing anywhere from 11-15 FR tables. I had been running at what seemed to be expectations, the usual bad beats, draws hitting but tonight variance finally started to catch up at the end of my session.
