Hey guys

I have a current two year life plan which eventually leads to applying to a few structural engineering PhD programs. It is probably important to note that I am currently wrapping up my SE MS degree ATM and have previously taken the GRE with scores of 800math and 380 verbal. All of the top schools I am interested in require a 500 verbal score at a minimum.

Have any of you had succ...

So this month I have been raped in all aspects of this game. I am down ~19 BI from coolers over 35k hands, Tilted off ~13 more, ~15 were a combo tilt/run bad. I have all those hands listed below. Here is a graph of my month. I still have ~1350 BR so I can continue at 25nl but my mindset is pretty much fucked at this point. Next week night classes for my MS in structural engineering will start a...

Villain is playing 24/14 over 200 hands
Seems fairly straight forward

I was putting him on some type of pocket pair, since I think from somebody playing mostly straightforwardly, this is all they flat with out of the blind

What is your line if he checks?
What is your line if he leads out?
Fold turn?
Jam turn?

Thanks

Thinking about checking out this card room after work either tomorrow or thursday. Wondering how the parking situation is. How much is valet flat rate? How tough is street parking at 5pm? How tough is 2/3 game at 5pm til about 11pm weekdays?

Any input is appreciated. Also, I heard somewhere there is a preflop rake?

Thanks

Had the beta for a bit now and have a good amount of games.

This game is not like Sc1. I feel that in the current state, builds are rock/paper/scissors and no game should go longer than 15 minutes. Hopefully balance and map selection will change this in the future.

Stop Losses

Hi guys

Something I have always struggled with is implementing a stop-loss rule. I was hoping you can give me some good advice on stop losses. Ideally, I always tell myself 2-4BI range, but it seems that whenever I get down that much its from coolers, making me convince myself to play from behind (and tilted).

Heres a picture of some run good at 25nl
