Heading to a NL200 game in Queens in an hour or so. Finally found a game in NY! Super excited, haven't played poker in ages...like a month and a half. (OMG withdrawal).
Will be back in 16 hours to tell epic suckout stories and tales of how crooked dealers dealt setup hands all night long. And how I dodged the coolers like a Cereus superuser.
and yes, I will have a 16 hour poker session unless I bust.

Just reaffirming the fact that NL25 is impossible. Down 8 BI, 3 BI under EV.
Playing a solid game but I just keep running into coolers and suckouts. Had 2 green sessions before today but seem to be suddenly doomswitched. Every time I got my stack in, the pot went the other direction.
List check:
Ran KK into AA x4
AKs vs AA x1
AKs vs QQ x1
Set beaten by Overset postflop x2
Various payoffs with overpair/sets canceling out with shorties hitting flushes on river.
Back down to NL10 to regrind enough to get back up.

Is a joke. I had a bit of fun donking around playing rush PLO10, went up 12 BI, ended up -4 BI.
Like for example, I got it in deep with a set, wrap straight draw, and flush draw, and did a fist-pump + chair-spin and then looked on my screen and saw I lost the hand. Huhhhhhhhhh...??
But hey, its Omahahaha. (lol  )
For those of you who play PLO as your main game....how the heck do you handle the variance?? I think I'll stick with NLHE ;P

I won one! 90-man $3.30 turbo deep one. Cashed for ~$78. Also ran pretty damn hot considering I didn't really get sucked out on and won most of my flips.
Mostly applied M-shove charts and exploited uberlags since there was plenty of preflop play throughout most of the levels as average stacks > 12bb. I'm now rolled for NL25! Moving up the micros...doodee doodee doo

This blog is going to be collection of my thoughts, fun stuff, and life. I'll try to keep it away from actual "aww I runbad" whines unless I have one of those days where I drop 30 BI under EV...
Anyways, yesterday was an epic day for flushes. Chance of hitting on FT = 100% (for villain only)

Anyways, after busting my roll at NL50 HU (ran 13 BI under EV) and starting again completely broke, I took the $29 I had from rakeback and started again at microstakes, this time completely staying within bankroll management. The only exception I made was starting at NL5 on Rush.
Aside from a brief stint playing $3.8 45man SuperTurbos, (man those things are like crack) I'm almost rolled for NL25! Actually I should be rolled for NL25 except I drained like $150 playing those superturbos lol. I've never seen more suckouts before. Any underdog would seem to win (me included!)
So ya. Looking forward to NL25 in a few days.
Oh yea and a few days ago I ordered a big box of Vita Coco. It's like this coconut water/milk, really healthy and tastes fucking amazing.
