Swingy week
  Artanis[Xp], Dec 25 2008

Today I'm up 3.5k though, so I'm feeling great.

Last week I've been taking shots at NL600 with mixed success. It's really the same field as NL400 so I think it's not too bad. There are a lot of fish online at this time of year with the holidays and all, so it causes quite turbulent graphs. I'm quite statisfied with my game though despite a few leaks which I'm sure D_Zoo will help me with, so here's a shout to D_Zoo for being an awesome coach.

Brag blog
  Artanis[Xp], Dec 18 2008

Haven't blogged since the end of October, so it's about time now. Middle of the month, so there shouldn't be too many blogs right now!

I've been doing real well in cashgames and not so much in tourneys since my last blog. I'm pertaining a really good winrate for FR and moved up to NL400 as well as staying at NL200, though I could play more tables. I'm generally playing around 8-13 now. Anyway, enough talk, on to the graphs and stats since Aug 08.

Not breakeven!
  Artanis[Xp], Oct 24 2008

After 2 days of going breakeven eventually after long grinds, today has been a more pleasant day. I've only played around 1.3k hands, but that doesn't matter as I ran well and played my A game. Might play some more later; not sure yet.

I reached my goal this month, and passed the $10k milestone to boot! Gl at the tables guys.

Today
  Artanis[Xp], Oct 20 2008

Today

Month:

[x] Swongs
longest session in ages.

Unfortunately Im only up around $700 due to MTT failures, and I need to be up $2.1k at the end of the month to continue playing poker for the rest of this school year, but after today I'm confident I can make it.

September
  Artanis[Xp], Sep 29 2008

September was the first month of two months of a test: I need to make $2100 each month for two months to prove to my mom that I can play poker for a living whilst waiting for the new college year to start (I dropped out from my last study because it bored the crap out of me, and I couldn't get in a new one for this year so I need to wait for a year). I also cashed out $4k once I hit $8k as the dollar course was pretty good at the time.

The month started out really bad, but it got better along the way.

During all that I played some donkaments which made me some money. Since it has to be $2100 each month and not $4200 for two months, I decided to mass some donkaments at the end of september. I finished seventh in a large $55 80k gtd tourney for $2926.

I'm pleased to announce my bankroll is now officially OVER NINE THOUSAND!!

Good luck in October, everyone.

[R] Coach
  Artanis[Xp], Sep 04 2008

In the last 4 days I've lost around $1k, which comes down to 10 buyins, and I've kind of lost my confidence in my game. I'm looking for a coach, preferably one that plays at around NL200-600 FR. I'm willing to pay 50% of my profits or $50/hr, whatever you prefer. Please contact me by PM or add me on msn (Lex at Pwcons dot com) or AIM (ArtanisXp1).

Thanks in advance.
