5/10 Quick stab

Took a small stab at the game and see how it plays compated to 3/6NL. At 3/6NL people decided to just repop me every hand they played with me which did nothing but increase their varience. I played a few of the regulars heads up - CaptainZeebo, TheCleaner, and these two random fish. Besides TheCleaner, I don't think anyone has even close to an edge over me and I will gladly play them HU. The re...

I normally don't stack off as a huge underdog unless it's a cooler. I felt I played this hand absolutley attrociously but hopefully I won't repeat the same mistake.
I don't actually know this player nor have history with him but I have seen him play the 25 50 game and I just assumed he's a very ag...

Chilling at 3/6NL

After thinking for a little bit, I figured I might as well play 3/6NL for a few days to see how quickly I can adjust to a new game. First day was kind of unusual I was playing CTS and running solo heads up. I was completley decimating solo, he has a ton of leaks in his game and is/was very easily exploitable. CTS is a little more solid and aggresive but he runs like god. He kept hitting sets ag...

So the last three weeks or so I've made almost 100 buy ins at the Pokerstars 2/4NL short handed games and either tomorrow or the day after I will have more than enough money to play 510. I immagine the fish will still be trash but the regulars will be slightly better so I look forward to the game and hopefully my first session there is a good one.

Today's session was attrocious :/ Worst one I've had in a while. Guys just kept hitting hands and calling big bets as massive underdogs but hitting. NOthing you can do when that happens, I did play very well today because as I was reviewing my HH I was never behind when the money went in, I was either coinflipping or a massiev favorate which is all you can ask for in poker.

Could have easily...

The begining

About two weeks ago I decided to start playing 2/4NL on stars and see where things go from there. I started with a small 8k roll and have managed to run it up to ~36k so far I figure once I get 45k or so I will move to 5/10NL. I have tried palying 3/6 and it went well but the game is insanley aggresive preflop - while this is something I don't mind and can adjust to I rather play 2/4NL because...
