So a couple of days ago I'm talking about my year so far with Derric (sixpeppers) and we both had really similar years so far, he started at 100NL and i had just moved to 200NL right before the start of the year, and we have both made around 50k for this year and are both 600NL regulars right now. So with great past months (we both had our best month in august) where i managed to rake 18k and he raked 16k for august. Well basically he tells me how he was setting his sights on making it to the 6 figure mark before years end. And i had actually set that goal myself at the start of this year. SOOO! since we are both hoping to make another 50k this year, WHY NOT SIDEBET? So we sidebet 400$ LOL which i know some are gonna say is kinda nitty since we are both project 50k and only betting 400$, but this is more of a pride/motivational bet. I am however schemeing how i can break his fingers so he can't play poker, but make it look like an accident. Suggestions welcome. Bow chiki wah wah this month has been pretty sexy. Its actually my biggest month ever, even though I only played 20k hands. However I've been running real good and officially moved up to 3/6 at the beginning of the month. Not a whole lot to say about the stats, other than that I want to continue to run at these +_+. As for life, I'm going to be renting a house in Aruba with Derric (Sixpepers) and Clay (MezmerizePLZ) for 9 days. mmmm I recently took the step up to 600NL and its been going pretty damn well. Only thing that really changes at these stakes is the level and amount of regs at the tables with you. Which thankfully half are still complete donkies and the other half for the most part aren't great either. Heres my graphz0r for 3/6 so far and 2/4 in general since i moved up. So far my results can speak for themselves somewhat even though its a small sample size. But the important thing is I am 100% comfortable at both 2/4 and 3/6. I'm feeling very secure with how my game is progressing and everyday I am learning more and more. Since I have progressed nice and quickly from 2/4 to 3/6 I am going to be taking it easier in terms of moving up. At the moment my roll has just broke 24k but i am going to take it easy and continue to just pad the bankroll and cash out regularly. REAL LIFE! As far as me goes. My birthday is the 13th and for my birthday i am treating myself with a nice present. I'm having an alarm and a sound system installed in my B-Mer thats going to come out to about almost 2k between all the parts i'm putting in and labor. So yea i DEFINITELY can't wait for that! I actually have to leave soon after I post this blog to call up the shop thats going to install it and schedule the exact day everything is going to be put in. BTW I purchased an Xbox 360 Elite from the FPP store and I'd love to know what people think are the best games for it. I already know I'm getting Gears of War, aside from that though, i need some suggestions. T_T GL guys im out!
