Sooo my visa actually did start working again and i had a pretty enjoyable last days in Vegas. Came home 8h ago and is still really really tired, just gonna write a short tournament report for i dunno the purposes (maybe someone wants to read?).

$1500 NL event 49: Lasted 20 mins in this my first live-tournament ever, great indeed! Not much i could do tho, i played 2(!!) freaking hands and i was out... Starting with 3k stack and 60bb deep. I get AA raise it up to 150 from cutoff, btn and bb calls and flop comes QQ9. BB check i bet 200 into this pretty safe flop, btn folds and bb calls. Turn is a blank 3 and it goes check/check and then he donkleads 400 on a K river, bleh spot, what do i beat? But the aggressive internetplayer donk i am i obv call the 1/2 pot bet and he shows a Q and im down 800 chips.

I blind away ~200 more and have 2k left when EP raise it to 200, MP guy calls, i look down at QQ and 3bet to 800, pretty much comitting myself if not the extremest of gay flops comes out. EP folds and MP guy flatcalls again, Flop comes Kxx and he checks to me. Im never folding at this point but checking behind and getting it in on turn may be a better option? I give him a change to do something stupid on turn and bigger chance he calls with 99+ perhaps? Oh well i shove it rigth away 1200 into 1900 and he snaps with AKo, gg.

At least I lasted longer than Cosmo that i met in the hallway right after!

$1500 NL event 52: Lasted a solid 5h in this one! Played pretty perfect all the way imo just didnt get the chips i needed in the end. Best hand was me raising AJs EP, loose/aggressive guy calls LP and tight american livenit calls from BB and flop comes Qd2d2x. BB checks and i fire a 2/3 pot cbet and the loose guy calls and BB folds. Turn comes a J and i check to him and he bets, preeeeetty thought spot. I have just over a miniraise left over his bet so its my tourmanet life on the line, i think for like 4 mins and then ship it in and he instafolds 55.

Last hand i have an OK chipstack but still, blinds moving up fast and you get short really fast, i have like 35bbs i think. I get AA and raise it up and the same loose/aggressive guy (who actually is pretty good postflop player, but hes really to loose at this point playing almost every pot) calls from BB. Flop comes K92 rainbow and he leads 1/2 pot. I mean at this point his range is wiiiiiiiide and he can practially have anything, and i need more chips than just his 1/2 bet with the blinds going up this fast so imo theres nothing else i could do than to slowplay this hand some. So i just calls and the turn comes a Q and he bets 1/2 pot again. I try to look weak and think about things for 2 min and then goes all in and he snaps with his J10 nut straight. So he got his 4-outer, i still think i played that hand pretty perfect since i needed to get the most chips possible at this point, but i never play tourmanets so feel free to tell me if im wrong?

Vegas was a nice experience, but im still glad to be home. Its a very hectic city and way to hot for my taste and you burn $$$ way to fast on a shitloads of things :)

So time is catching up and its only 4 days left untill im flying to Las Vegas for a week (or two) to play WSOP $1500 NL events 49 and 52 (and some other stuff as well i hope). I will be living at Bally's Las Vegas which i believe is on the stripp and at least pretty close to the action.

None of the LP-swedes are going there that i know of and im not really close to many people here but if theres some LP-meetups going during the time im there or if anyone wants to show me around in Vegas a bit it would be great! Just write here or PM me if so! :)

Not really sure what i want to do in Vegas other than pokering, I heard something about helicopter trips to grand canyon which sounds pretty sweet, anyone know what that cost/where you book it?
